The Acclaim More is a Type F Booster Seat designed to provide reliable protection and long-lasting usability for children approximately 4 to 10 years old. Built to grow with your child, it uses the vehicle’s lap-sash seatbelt and a top tether for simple, secure installation. Featuring Air Cocoon Technology™ (A.C.T.) and Secur-Air™, the seat creates a 180-degree protective air barrier that helps absorb crash forces and improve side-impact protection. Frequently Asked Questions

• Does it have ISOfix?
  The InfaSecure Acclaim is not ISOfix compatible as it is a 4-10 child restraint, and the AS/NZS 1754 standard does not allow ISOFix on child restraints that cater for children over the age of 8.

• Does it have breathable fabric?
  It does! The InfaSecure Acclaim More features our beautiful ActiveBamboo material. You can read more about that

• Is it machine washable?
  Yes! Our Active Bamboo fabric is completely machine washable on a cool, gentle cycle (line dry only!) and conveniently you don't have to uninstall the seat to remove the covers! Just gently pull the cover away from the press studs and pop it in the wash.

• Is this seat suitable for 3 across?
  The InfaSecure Acclaim is a great narrow option for 3 across, where a booster seat is the preferred option for your child. However, we would look at considering a Type G seat first like our InfaSecure Achieve over a seat like the InfaSecure Aspire, as depending on the space in your vehicle it can be tricky for kids to get their seatbelts buckled up. There is also risk for an installed seat next to it to be accidentally unbuckled when they try to unbuckle their seat. Does it fit? In most set ups yes, but is it the best option? Not always!

• Can I install this with a lap belt?
  No, the InfaSecure Aspire cannot be installed or used with a lap belt only seating position. Only a seating position with a full lap sash seatbelt, and anchor point can be used.

• What is the weight limit for the seat?
  All of our child restraints are certified to the AS/NZS 1754 standard, which means there are no weight limits! Weight is not the best indicator of when a child is ready for the next stage, whereas shoulder height markers (which are a mandatory feature under the AS/NZS 1754) give parents and carers an easy to understand, visual reference for suitability of a car seat.

• What cover is suitable for this seat? Can I use an alternative cover for my seat?
  We are working on getting suitable replacement cover available online soon for the InfaSecure Acclaim More. You can only replace the cover with the same model type, and these cannot be purchased or used from third party companies.

• Do I have to use the top tether strap?
  Yes, the InfaSecure Acclaim must be installed using the top tether strap at all times, no matter the age of the child or the vehicle it's installed in.

• What booster seat of yours has the highest height marker?
  Our InfaSecure Acclaim is not the tallest booster seat in our range (this title belongs to the InfaSecure Aspire), however the InfaSecure Acclaim is actually only .5cm shorter than the InfaSecure Aspire and is still a great tall option if you require a narrow seat in the backseat. The super high 5.5cm shoulder height marker means that kids are able to be restrained for longer, before they need to move to just using an adult lap sash seatbelt (that is designed for adults!).
